OPERATION METHOD:

Containers are picked up by the infeed star wheel and transferred to the container table. When they are between the container plate and the centering bell, the container starts to rotate.

Feed roller speed is adjusted to the required label length for continuous web force. The standard threading device ensures optimum film feed. In the cutting unit, the labels are cut precisely, while PLC commands and servo motors provide the precise cutting point.

Two narrow strips of hot-melt adhesive hold the label together, and a heated roller passes the label to the leading and trailing edges of the label. Labels with an adhesive strip on the leading edge are transferred to the container. This adhesive strip ensures accurate label positioning and reliable bonding. Labels are tightly attached as containers are rotated during label transfer. Glue the trailing edge to ensure proper bonding.
